An Act relative to drinking and ground water research.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Department of Environmental Affairs shall, subject to appropriation, establish a drinking and ground water research project in Worcester County with the Silent Spring Institute for 5 years.
