In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to the Sewer Rate Relief Fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 2Z of Chapter 29 of the General Laws is amended by adding the following sentence: No less than $2,000,000 from the general fund be allocated to the Sewer Rate Relief Fund with no less than $200,000 allocated to the town of Tewksbury for sewer relief purposes effective upon passage.
