An Act reforming the process of appraising motor vehicle damage covered by auto insurance policies.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 26 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 8G.
