An Act relative to research and wards of state.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Federal Regulatory Code 45, 46.407 shall not be exercised or applied by any state or federal entity in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, nor with wards of the state who are citizens of the Commonwealth.
