An Act relative to false, fraudulent, or misleading statements.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 124 of chapter 175 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words “previous medical examination,” and replacing them with the following:-  examination of medical information provided by the insured or an authorized third party,
