In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act to preserve the competitiveness of group auto insurance plans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 193R of chapter 175 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out in item (7) of the eighth paragraph therein the words “and that at least thirty-five percent are insured within two years of the effective date of the plan, such percentage to continue so insured at all times thereafter”.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on passage.
