An Act updating the safe insurance driver plan.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the figure “$2,000” in lines 157, 161, 175, and 195 each time it appears and inserting in each instance so appearing the following figure:- $3,000.
