An Act relative to insurance surcharges.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 216, after the word “incident” the following sentence:-

Driving a motor vehicle which has an expired inspection sticker shall not be considered a surchargeable incident.
