An Act providing insurance coverage to certain spouses.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 96 of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

No company shall deny coverage to an innocent spouse for any loss occasioned by the criminal act of the other spouse.
