An Act to allow insurance coverage for insurance providers and self insured organizations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 176D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition,  is hereby

amended by inserting after section 14 the following section:-

Section 15.  No insurance contract shall be construed to include punitive, exemplary or multiple damages,

unless it expressly includes such damages.
