An Act relative to moving vehicle violations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1

Notwithstanding any general or special law or any rule or regulation to the contrary, violation of section 7A or section 7V of Chapter 90 of the General Laws shall not in any manner implicate the motor vehicle insurance rate of such alleged violator.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
