An Act relative to the tuition of children in department of housing and community development family shelters.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of Chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Addition, is hereby amended, in line 4, by inserting after the word “families” the following words, “or shelters under the control of the department of housing and community development”.
SECTION 2. Section 7 of Chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Addition, is hereby amended, in line 14, by inserting after the words “foster care” the following words, “or family shelters”.
SECTION 3. Section 7 of Chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Addition, is hereby amended, in line 15, by inserting after the word “families” the following words, “or the department of housing and community development”.
