In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act further regulating the substitution of interchangeable biosimilars.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 112 of the General Laws is hereby amended in Section 12 EE (a) by deleting the words “biosimilar and interchangeable with” and replacing them with the words “therapeutically equivalent to”.
