An Act to allow the town of Dedham to participate in lease negotiations with DCAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the legislative body of the town of Dedham may discuss lease negotiations with the department of capital and asset management and maintenance for a period of 10 years. Such discussions shall be conducted on behalf of the Norfolk county district attorney’s office for the purpose of relocating said district attorney’s office within the town of Dedham.
