An Act relative to an additional natural gas pipeline.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any special or general law, or rule or regulation to the contrary, no additional gas pipeline shall be allowed in the Town of Dracut.
