An Act releasing a restriction on a parcel in Norfolk County.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to forthwith clear title to the property for transfer, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding Chapter 747 of the Acts of 1981 or any general or special lawr to the contrary, any restrictions held by the commonwealth on the use of the parcel conveyed to Southwood Community Hospital, Inc. by deed recorded with the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds in Book 5991, Page, 1, are hereby released.
