An Act relative to removing the tolls on the Western part of the Massachusetts Turnpike.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of section 10 of chapter 81A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:— The authority shall not charge or collect a toll for transit over the turnpike in the parts west of Exit 10A in the town of Auburn.
