An Act revising the headlight/windshield wiper law.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The first sentence of section 15 of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in chapter 481 of the Acts of 2014, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following language :the words  “ A penalty under this section shall not be a surchargeable offense under section 113B of chapter 175.”
