An Act relative to section 29 of chapter 65 of the acts of 2009 for Diane Cummings of Worcester.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Diane Cummings of 38 Harland Street, Worcester, MA shall be afforded the benefits of the Healthcare Contribution Program as set forth in section 29 of chapter 65 of the acts of 2009, which states that “the Commonwealth’s share of the Group Insurance Premium for any state employee who files an application for retirement after the effective date of this section and before 10/1/09 for a retirement date not later than 1/31/10 shall be 85%”
