An Act relative to dangerousness hearings for vehicular homicide.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
An act relative to dangerousness hearings for vehicular homicide.
SECTION 1. Subsection 1 of section 58A of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 97 of chapter 284 of the acts of 2014, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “of section 24 of chapter 90” the words:—
", or arrested and charged with homicide by a motor vehicle as defined in subsection (b) of section 24G of chapter 90, ."
