An Act relative to the violation of an ordinance or by-law or a misdemeanor offense.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 70C of chapter 277 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "commonwealth" in line 3, the following words: -or the defendant.
