An Act relative to limiting certain automobile insurance surcharges.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 17 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- A violation of this section shall not be deemed to be a conviction of a moving violation of the motor vehicle laws for the purpose of determining surcharges on motor vehicle insurance premiums pursuant to section 113B of chapter 175.
