An Act relative to the retirement benefits of Russell F. Fisher, a police officer of the city of Boston.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 240 of the acts of 1992, is hereby amended by striking in line 4, the words "at the time of his death" and inserting in place thereof the following: "had he continued to live."
