An Act relative to speed limits in thickly settled areas.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 17B the following section:-
Section 17C. No speed limit exceeding 30 miles per hour shall be established inside a thickly settled or business district.
