Ordered, That, notwithstanding the provisions of House Rule 52, after opening the electronic voting system for a call of the yeas in nays on a report of the committee on Ways and Means on passing notwithstanding the objection or reduction of the Governor of an item or section of an appropriation bill, the Speaker or acting Speaker shall instruct the members to vote for not more than 30 seconds; and be it further
Ordered, That, the provisions of this order shall expire on August 1, 2016.
