An Act relative to public safety in location based multiplayer gaming.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Sex Offender Registry Board shall develop regulations to prohibit the use of location based augmented reality multiplayer games by sex offenders.
