An Act relative to the celebration of Halloween.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The Great and General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall establish that the last Saturday in October annually be designated as the celebration of Halloween, recommending that the people carry out appropriate celebrations on said day.
