An Act to further reduce EBT fraud.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in subsection (k), the words “provided further, that the department shall not require the use of photo identification for individuals who are 60 years of age or over, blind, disabled or victims of domestic violence;”
