An Act to provide further transparency in public construction.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 149, Section 26 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the first paragraph the following: Said collective bargaining agreements or understandings between organized labor and employers shall be made publicly available by the commissioner through the website of the Division of Occupational Safety.
