An Act relative to improved medication adherence.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Sections 24B1/2 of Chapter 112 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby amended by inserting new paragraph at the end of subsection (e) the following new section:- 

(f) A pharmacist in the retail setting, who has a collaborative practice agreement with a supervising physician, may administer injectable drugs and biological products that have been ordered by the supervising physician.
