An Act preventing prescription drug abuse by closing the pharmacy shopping loophole.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 24A of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 27 and 28, the words “7 days” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 24 hours
