An Act to end the stigmatization of out-of-wedlock births.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 2A of Chapter 46 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in the first sentence, the words:- “children born out of wedlock or” and “or those of persons born out of wedlock”.
