An Act relative to the Templeton Developmental Center Reuse Committee.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 59 of the acts of 2009 is hereby amended in paragraph 10 by inserting after the words “1 representative of the community preservation committee;” the following:- “4 representatives of the town of Phillipston, 1 of whom shall be a member of the Phillipston board of selectmen, 1 of whom shall be a member of the Phillipston planning board, 1 of whom shall be a member of the Phillipston Open Space Committee and 1 of whom shall be a representative of the Phillipston Fire Department;”.
