An Act strengthening the enforcement of certain dog laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 174E of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

(h) In addition to animal control officers, this section may be enforced by Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Animal Rescue League of Boston officers appointed under section 57 of Chapter 22C.
