In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act further regulating the Community Events Fund in the town of Wareham.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 82 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by striking the word “seventy” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- twenty
SECTION 2. Said section 2 of said chapter 82 is hereby amended by striking the figure “40” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 20
SECTION 3. Said section 2 of said chapter 82 is hereby amended by inserting after the last sentence the following new sentence:-
In no event shall the amount in the aggregate in the Community Events Fund for any fiscal year exceed $45,000.
SECTION 4. Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect on July 1, 2015.
