An Act relative to confidentiality of reports of rape and related offenses.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 97D of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 2, by striking the word “offenses” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “offenses, regardless of where the acts alleged in the report occurred,”
