An Act relative to medical malpractice.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after paragraph 7 the following paragraph:- Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, if a registered physician is convicted of 3 cases of medical malpractice the board shall revoke said physician's registration.
