An Act relative to the towing away and storage of motor vehicles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6B of chapter 159B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph the following new paragraph:-
“The operator of a state-owned park and ride facility, so-called, may cause the removal and storage of a motor vehicle that has been left unattended within said facility for a period of greater than twenty-one days.”
