An Act relative to fire safety.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 81 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in line 15 after the word "installation" the following: ", service, testing, maintenance and inspection".

SECTION 2: Section 81 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in line 22 after the word "modification" the following: "service,".

SECTION 3: Section 81 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in line 23 after the word "inspection" the following: "testing".

SECTION 4: Section 81 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 63 by striking the word "who" and inserting the following: "employed by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor who".
