An Act relative to hoisting in-service training programs and short-term rental entities.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:

Section 65B.  The commissioner shall have the authority to charge an application fee from persons or entities seeking approval to operate an in-service training program under section 53 and from persons or entities seeking approval to operate as short-term rental entities from which compact hoisting machinery is to be rented on a temporary basis under section 65A.
