An Act relative to real estate document disclosure.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 93 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following new section:-
Section 115: Not less than 48 hours prior to the conveyance of a deed to real property or the execution of a refinancing agreement on real property, buyers or borrowers shall be provided a document from the lending institution containing a descriptive title of every document to be executed upon such conveyance or refinancing.
