An Act relative to accountability of law enforcement professionals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (9) of Section 4 of Chapter 151B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, shall be amended by inserting the following language after “employer,”: “except any law enforcement agency,”
