An Act relative to SMART retirement plan fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special act to the contrary, the state treasurer shall establish a sliding scale for administrative fees paid by members of the deferred compensation SMART retirement plan who are employed as call firefighters or other part-time or intermittent emergency response personnel.
