An Act relative to the Bureau of Fire Control employees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by including the titles of State Firefighters 1 and 2 in the Bureau of Fire Control in the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs in Group 4 of the Retirement system.
