An Act expanding access to health care for employees of charter school.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 32B of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the definition of “appropriate public authority” by striking the word “commonwealth”.
SECTION 2. Section 7A of said chapter 32B of the General Laws is hereby amended after the phrase “regional district school committee” by inserting the following: “in a charter school by vote of the board of trustees”.
SECTION 3. Section 9A of said chapter 32B of the General Laws is hereby amended after the phrase “regional district school committee” by inserting the following: “a charter school by vote of the board of trustees”.
SECTION 4. Section 9D of said chapter 32B of the General Laws is hereby amended after the phrase “regional district school committee” by inserting the following: “a charter school by vote of the board of trustees”.
SECTION 5. Section 9E of said chapter 32B of the General Laws is hereby amended after the phrase “regional district school committee” by inserting the following: “a charter school by vote of the board of trustees”.
SECTION 6. Section 9F of said chapter 32B of the General Laws is hereby amended after the phrase “regional district school committee” by inserting the following: “a charter school by vote of the board of trustees”.
SECTION 7. Section 10 of said chapter 32B of the General Laws is hereby amended after the phrase “regional district school committee” by inserting the following: “; in a charter school by vote of the board of trustees”.
SECTION 8. Section 11F of said chapter 32B of the General Laws is hereby amended after the phrase “regional district school committee” by inserting the following: “; in a charter school by vote of the board of trustees”.
SECTION 9. Section 16 of said chapter 32B of the General Laws is hereby amended after the phrase “regional district school committee” by inserting the following: “; in a charter school by vote of the board of trustees”.
