An Act relative to the calculation of income for the senior citizen circuit breaker tax credit.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 405-406, the words “pension, or annuities” and inserting in place thereof the following text:- “or pension”.
