An Act relative to the "circuit breaker" property tax credit for seniors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (3) of subsection (k) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out subparagraph (ii).
