An Act relative to gas tax reimbursement for Massachusetts Turnpike toll payers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 64E of the General Law, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following clause:-
“Toll Receipts”, shall include, in addition to its usual meaning, a statement of activity issued by a Massachusetts Turnpike Authority authorized electronic toll payment collection vendor.
SECTION 2. Section 5 of Chapter 64E of the General Law, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 18, the word “half” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- quarter.
SECTION 3. Section 5 of Chapter 64E of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 33, the word “three” and in place thereof the following figure:- 14
