An Act clarifying the allowance of land under chapter 61b.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 6 of chapter 132B of the general laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 13, the following sentence:- “The failure of a board of assessors to allow or disallow any such application within three months following the filing thereof, shall be deemed a disallowance of such application”, and inserting in place thereof the following new sentence:- The failure of a board of assessors to allow or disallow any such application within three months following the filing thereof, shall be deemed an allowance of such application.
