An Act An act regarding Septic Credit Eligibility.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Clause (i) of Section 6 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following sentence:- “Any resident over the age of 65 shall be eligible regardless of the tax imposed by this chapter.”
